My top festi wish list would include…
Nirvana and Metallica with Pearl Jam and U2 and REM
Followed by lashings of Michael Hutchence in INXS and Ozzy too! Aerosmith would have to be there and if I had my way, there would be a set for the rat pack including Frank Sinatra.
Ooh and David Bowie and the Beatles, David Gray and Nat King Cole, the list goes on and on!
I think the best festival line up I saw was Glastonbury 1999, check out the line up and you’d see what I mean!

AntiProduct would have to headline of course.
Then they would be supported by The Ramones, The Clash, The Distillers, Iggy Pop, MC5, RDF, Black Sabbath, Marilyn Manson, The Velvet Underground, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Lee Scratch Perry, Me, Apollo 440, and lots more and it would go on for a week so that you wouldn’t have to miss a single band.
And there would be lots of food and great toilets and showers for everyone.

  • balasubb says:

Personally, I’d go for something along the lines of Giant Drag snazzing it up, Nirvana in the big spotlight, Patrick Wolf in a prominent role, Modest Mouse there for the “it” factor if nought else, then say Neutral Milk Hotel for the calmer parts, Jamie T for something a little meaty, Nina Simone headlining something obviously. Ach this could go on for days.
