They are like prefab buildings- raised off the ground, with individual showers in each cubicle. I don't know about Reading or Glasto, but you might have to pay to use them. When I go to festivals, I pack a hell of a lot of baby wipes. It's far easier to give yourself an all over wipe when necessary than to try finding a shower. Eventually you just accept that you're going to be dirty. That's the way of festival life. If you go to smaller festivals such as Trowbridge (a folk festival just down the road from Glasto) then they have pretty decent showers.
