I’ll mention one you haven’t mentioned – The Big Chillhttp://www.bigchill.net/festival/info/li…
Wikipedia lists all the ones in the UKhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mus…
Isle of Wight is alright this year; Ting Tings, Pendulum, The Prodigy. It’s been a bit crap for the last few years. They should have left it if they couldn’t top 1970′s Hendrix performance.
Glasto has Kings of Leon, Jay-Z and Massive Attack, but the rest is plain.
Download has gotten more and more commercial and the quality of acts has declined over the past decade. The Prodigy and Pendulum are good but might not be recieved well, and Trivium should draw a crowd.
Reading Festival is my favourite each year, usually. Tickets go on sale at the end of next month.
DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL!
Is obviously for metalheads, but also this year already confirmed is the Prodigy (techno/experimental/drum n bass mixed with metal) who currently sit #8 in UK charts. Check out Def Leppard, Whitesnake and Motley Crue aswell. If you LUV metal, also watch Slipknot, Korn and DevilDriver and Trivium. If ya like rap metal, watch Limp Bizkit.
i would suggest camden crawl as it has great music and comedy and short film daytime crafts and much more
