From personal experience with many different types of festivals, music fests included, and considering your list of items you CAN'T sell, think about some kind of small folding chair, easy to carry and lightweight. On that same line, light weight blanket type covers for sitting on the ground. There are NEVER enough places to sit - either to eat, drink or just watch and listen to performances. Other ideas you might consider are small, hand held fans and batteries. Most festivals are really hot. You can find small fans in bulk at many places on the web. If you have an actual business, prices are usually cheaper. Another good item and a necessity might be: toilet paper and anti-bacterial wipes!
