be careful!! they will be watching for unauthorized vendors.
that said, here are some ideas–
    glow sticks
    cigarettes
    lighters
socks (if it rains-people will be looking for dry socks!)
    disposable cameras
    batteries
    flashlights
reusable water bottles (i think bonnarooo has spickets you can use to fill them)
    wet wipes
gum (for the people who are rollin’)
    have fun!!

Don’t want to rain on your idea but looking at the Bonnaroo website there’s an application form for Vendors, and they say applications start 1st MARCH and continue until all places are taken also there’s a fee of $700 for what they call ‘Crafters’ that is people who make their own goods.
So you’re best bet would be to contact the organizers and find out if there’s any places left. Then go from there. Maybe you’ll have to wait until next year, but you do get tickets included in the fee so at least you can sell off those you already have.
As for goods well (as already said) Jewelry especially fluorescent, bags, flags, T shirts and other clothing, parasols, hats.

    Jewelry?
Keep in mind that the festival organizers probably sell licenses to authorized vendors, so they’ll have staff watching and waiting to shut down anybody that appears to be selling merchandise without the appropriate permission. How will you feel if you go to the festival and wind up getting kicked out for violating their rules?
