At a music festival in west virginia, this plane quietly made a pass across the festival grounds and I was curious to know whether it was a dea surveilance plane. It definately looked military, and had four propeller driven engines. I may just be a paranoid hippy, but I’m still curious.

im watching download festival on my pc and the picture quality is crap to say the least -the sound is brilliant its just the picture!! ive got 8 mg broadband and im jus wondering if there is anyway i can make the picture better or am i just stuck with it!!! and before anyone says anything i couldnt go coz im moving house next month lol.
