the snare drum sounds like a bongo, lol. nice job other than that. love the triplets and the broken sixteenths at the end, it actually fits better than that straight double bass

When you take something away from someone in rehab it’s nice to replace it with something else. Just cuz Het believes in something you don’t doesn’t make him what you don’t want him to be.
It sounds like mr Flemming didnt have much time to rehearse,,,very spur of the moment,,hes was prob doing is normal job when dave and joey where rehearsing.That said,,goin off of ear alone he did really good.And those of you who say he played with no fealing your qrong there was more finese and style there than lars ever put in –(not a heavy foot on the quiet parts and so much more style on the heavy parts–unlike ulrich)-notice the kick triplets in place of the open on the finally,
This guy is the amature. I know that he is Ulrich’s drum tech and has been on the road with him for ever, and this was probably this guys ultimate wish, that if ever Ulrich missed a gig that he would step in and play Fade To Black in front of 50,000 people with Metallica. That’s the way I see it. But fair play to him, he does a good job. Lombardo or Joey are a whole different kettle of of fish!!
i got to say, lars is not the BEST drummer there is, but especially now i notice how great Lars his playing style is, i mean when i listen to this, it just doesn’t have the power Lars gives, he gives more power to his playing and i think especially now that Lars is a great drummer
