Im sure your fine. They would have to be a reputable company to get the license from the festival and the state to pierce. Next time, drink water.

Chances are pretty low you got hiv unless the dude was going from ear to ear without stopping….
I would worry more about hepatitis b or c…they are much heartier viri, but again, unless the dude was a total asshat w/ complete disregard for sanitation, just doing piercings out of his trunk on the weekend, I’d say chances are pretty low.

most people who get a peircing at a festival don’t realize that all the needles are sterile. You should be fine, for future reference don’t get a peicing while you are drunk, could end up bad. If your are truly concered maybe you should go and be tested by your doctor or a free clinic.

I would suggest you to go to the doc and have a check up. No one can answer this without he check up report.
But its highly careless behavior on your part. HIV/AIDS is one of the biggest problems around. We should try to be away from it and help others who are prone to it – like the poor people. United Nations has launched a campaign to combat HIV/AIDS and thereby to end poverty by 2015. It also has a community http://www.orkut.co.in/Community.aspx?cm… . Please make others aware of HIV/AIDS also.

oh my.. what a bad idea… well you could go get tested… but sometimes it takes years for you to have symptoms… and you could have many more things other then aids… my dad has over 30 tattoos… he got them from a friend when he was younger.. hes an old harly rider.. well he has hep C, and it can kill you… 3 times it has come back and he will live with it forever… its costs my dad hundreds of thousands of dollars for the medicine he needs to make himself live… and its not always guaranteed to work either… everyone of his friends got Hep C and only 2 survive….

  • Alex K says:

If he was reusing the needle then you could have HIV, Hepatitis, herpes or any one of a whole long list of diseases.

Only way to know is to just go get tested. Do it.
