I just recently moved from Tx, and I know that where I lived, you could get a lot done by going to the Chamber Of Commerce, and City.
You’re probably not going to get far with “Austin City Limits” as competition. Might want to reconsider starting a music festival in a small town nearby before Austin’s gig to build yourself up.
