Heck yeah! Even if it’s a subtle move…do it before someone else does. Life’s too short to not take the chance. If anything, you’ll build up self-confidence from taking that chance. When I was in high school, I just took the chance of letting someone know I liked them…and when I got into college…I never hesitated. I married the guy who I pursued during college. The “good” guys are more shy about approaching then we are. I wouldn’t have ever dated my husband if I had not made that first move. I say do it!!
Make sure you all get together AT NIGHT for some chill out time outside of the performances. You need to tell other friends and arrange it, you could have food and drinks, and start talking with him. Also, if there’s a band you both really like, ask him to follow you to the front of the crowd or go somewhere together to get a good view! ; ) I think it will be easy to make things happen there!
Ask him to tell you about his favorite music/band/artist; then keep your trap shut for the following 4-5 hours until he smiles and looks at you like he’s really into you.
From then on, you’re pretty much in control. And no, don’t worry; he won’t run his mouth that long again if you play your cards right.
Wow he sounds great!!!
While your bopping around to the music Turn towards him slide up to him and hug him while staring at his eyes and then lean in for the kiss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck!Any help?
I think the environment of the music festival will be enough to spark something…try and run off together for a little while at the fest, ask him first obviously , but good luck!
Just be warm, friendly and playful – show him that you appreciate his time and attention… look into his eyes and stand real close to him, see how he reacts to that.
if he’s so interested as he’s shown it will be very easy…just don’t worry about the situation…let the things come alone…hoping I’ve been of some help…bye

Stay with him the entire time and give him hints.
just wait for a moment and place your hand on top of your hand, if the music festival is summerfest then make your move on the skyglider
start by sayin hi and how u been and just tell em how u really feel and see if he feels the same way
start by saying “hi”

get him away from you group, this usually can allow HIM to make the move, to take the pressure off you. good luck!
