The festival is held in Indio, CA which is near Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, etc – it’s very nice in the spring.
I’m pretty sure it’s going to be held in 2007 but they haven’t announced the dates. The 2006 dates were announce in December 2005 and the 2005 dates were announced in January 2005 – so it will be a few months before we can expect them to be announced for 2007.
The rules are comparable to the rules at other music festivals.
You cannot bring in outside food and beverages but they will be available for purchase inside. They sell beer and wine inside but no hard alcohol. (see the rules / faq at the link below)
